Please remember that pieces purchased are made to order, so please be patient. We are committed to processing all orders as fast as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and made, and we will ship it out within 2-5 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to all our pieces being handmade to order, and for hygienic reasons, they are non-refundable and we do not allow for exchanges due to change of mind, however please feel free to contact us at info@auroracollective.com.au and we will try our best to help you!

WARRANTY POLICY​​

Aurora collective offers a 6-month warranty on all our pieces from the date of purchase. 

Our product warranty does not cover replacements, exchanges and refunds due to normal wear and tear from lack of care to our recommended care guidelines.

We will only replace items if they are defective or faulty and we do require proof of purchase.
